Valor Pro Service Policy

This Service Policy applies to Valor Pro. It supplements the [Master Service Terms](https://www.valorsimracing.com/masterterms), Privacy Policy, Baseline and Driver Data Rights Policy, EULA, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Order shown at checkout.

The exact price charged is the price disclosed and accepted in the Order. Unless the Order says otherwise, Valor Pro renews monthly until canceled.
## 2. Included service
During an active Valor Pro entitlement, the named driver receives the current individual-driver Valor experience, which may include:
- live telemetry-driven coaching and engineering outputs;
- push-to-talk questions and supported voice commands;
- Film Room, replay, session summaries, reports, and driver progression;
- the current Valor overlay suite;
- individual comparisons, performance analysis, and strategy features;
- the personal Baseline library and eligible Baseline capture, local archive, cloud sync, export, and official-review eligibility; and
- supported software, data, Baseline, compatibility, and security updates.
Features depend on supported simulators, session state, telemetry availability, hardware, network access, data coverage, and the current application version. A feature list does not guarantee every car, track, simulator, voice, overlay, analysis mode, or integration.
## 3. Individual-use scope
Valor Pro is licensed to one named driver for that driver’s personal, non-commercial simulation use. Household members, teammates, customers, employees, or other drivers may not share the key or rotate through the same license.
A driver may request a reasonable device reset when replacing or repairing a computer. Valor may require account verification and may limit repeated or suspicious resets.
Valor Pro does not include:
- a shared Team Hub, team join code, team seats, team Baseline garage, or teammate comparisons;
- paid coaching services, custom engineering, or guaranteed performance gains;
- commercial sim-center, café, venue, customer-rig, rental, event-operator, or public-display rights; or
- redistribution of Valor software, official Baselines, data packs, reports, or access.
Team features require a Team Hub plan. Commercial venue or customer-facing rig use requires Valor Competition or a separate written agreement.
## 4. Baselines
An eligible clean timed lap may become a Baseline candidate regardless of Team Hub membership. Current technical eligibility may reject out laps, invalid or cut laps, incident laps, laps of ten seconds or less, and traces with fewer than 240 samples. Valor may change thresholds as the product evolves.
When the driver affirmatively accepts the Baseline and Driver Data Rights Policy, the driver assigns ownership of each covered Accepted Baseline to Valor. Valor gives the Originating Driver a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free Driver License to use, export, share, sell authorized copies of, trade, license, sublicense, or give away the underlying Accepted Baseline.
Team access settings may be present for account continuity or future Team Hub membership. Those settings do not limit Valor’s ownership or independent rights. Valor may use the driver’s authorized real name and driver or display name in direct connection with posting, attribution, promotion, sale, licensing, or distribution of the Accepted Baseline.
## 5. Billing, cancellation, and end of access
Valor Pro renews at the price and frequency disclosed in the Order until canceled. Cancel through the Wix Members Area/My Subscriptions controls when available or email [valorrace@gmail.com](mailto:valorrace@gmail.com). Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
When entitlement ends, the key and cloud features may be deactivated. Local files may remain, but continued use of licensed Valor software features is not authorized. The Driver License to an Accepted Baseline survives, but Valor does not promise continued hosting or export functionality. Valor may retain or de-identify account, security, transaction, ownership, attribution, and Baseline records under the governing policies.
## 6. Service limitations
Valor Pro is not an official timing system, race steward, spotter, safety system, professional engineering engagement, or promise of results. Outputs may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Master Service Terms apply.
