Valor Refund and Cancellation Policy
**Effective date: July 30, 2026**
**Policy version: 2026-07-30-v2**
This Policy applies to direct purchases from Valor Sim Racing LLC. Purchases through a third-party marketplace or reseller may be subject to that seller’s mandatory refund process.
## 1. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel future renewals at any time:
- through the Wix Members Area/My Subscriptions controls when available; or
- by emailing [valorrace@gmail.com](mailto:valorrace@gmail.com) from the account email.
Include the account email, plan, and enough information to identify the Order. Valor may verify identity before changing a subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee. Deleting the application, deleting local files, leaving a Team Hub, ceasing use, or disputing a charge does not by itself cancel a subscription.
## 2. General refund rule
Valor provides immediately accessible digital software and services. Except where law requires otherwise or this Policy expressly states otherwise, charges are non-refundable and Valor does not provide prorated refunds or credits for:
- unused time or features;
- failure to cancel before renewal;
- device, simulator, network, hardware, or compatibility issues outside Valor’s control;
- a driver leaving a team or an organization failing to use all seats or rigs;
- dissatisfaction with coaching, AI, voice, telemetry, Baseline, report, event, or performance results;
- a temporary interruption, update, maintenance period, or retired individual feature; or
- suspension or termination caused by breach, fraud, chargeback, security risk, or unlawful use.
This rule does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
## 3. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact Valor promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, the wrong plan or amount was charged, or your payment method was used without authorization. Valor will investigate and correct a confirmed Valor billing error.
Report suspected payment-account theft to the payment provider and financial institution. Valor may suspend the related keys while investigating.
## 4. Complete service discontinuation
If Valor permanently discontinues the entire paid Service during a prepaid period for reasons other than your breach, Valor may provide a prorated refund or service credit for the unused portion. That is the exclusive service remedy unless applicable law requires more.
The retirement, replacement, interruption, or modification of an individual feature, car, track, simulator integration, voice, AI provider, overlay, display, report, or Baseline does not by itself constitute complete discontinuation.
## 5. Open beta and no-charge access
Valor’s current open beta requires no credit card and does not automatically become a paid plan. Because no fee is charged for that access, there is no amount to refund.
The Beta may end or change at any time. Ending Beta access does not create a credit, cash value, or right to a free paid subscription.
## 6. Team Hub changes
Upgrades and downgrades are handled under the price and timing disclosed when requested. A downgrade may take effect at the next renewal and may require deactivation of excess seats.
Unused seats, roster changes, or failure of a member to activate a key do not create a partial refund. The subscription owner is responsible for managing the roster.
## 7. Valor Competition changes
Adding rigs, locations, or separately licensed services may produce additional charges disclosed in an amended Order. A downgrade may take effect at the next renewal and may require deactivation of excess rig access.
Venue closure, event cancellation, equipment failure, network failure, staffing, customer refunds, unused rigs, or a business decision to stop operating do not create a Valor refund unless law or a signed Order says otherwise.
## 8. Chargebacks
Contact Valor before initiating a chargeback so Valor can investigate. A chargeback or reversed payment may result in immediate suspension of the Order and related keys while the payment is disputed.
Valor may provide the payment provider with relevant Order, acceptance, access, subscription, support, and cancellation records. Valor will not retaliate for a good-faith exercise of lawful billing rights.
## 9. Refund requests
Email [valorrace@gmail.com](mailto:valorrace@gmail.com) with:
- account email;
- plan and Order identifier if available;
- charge date and amount;
- reason for the request; and
- supporting information.
A discretionary refund is not an admission of fault and does not require Valor to grant similar requests later. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where feasible, and processing time depends on the payment provider.
## 10. Effect of refund or cancellation
A full refund may result in immediate deactivation of the corresponding entitlement. Cancellation without refund normally allows access through the paid period.
Refund or cancellation does not reverse a completed Baseline assignment, terminate Valor’s ownership, end the Driver License, withdraw authorized Baseline-related name use, or necessarily delete accounts, transaction records, security logs, ownership or acceptance records, organization history, local files, or archived Baselines.
