FREE TRIAL TERMS

These Free Trial Terms apply when Valor Sim Racing offers a free trial, promotional trial, alpha trial, beta trial, limited-time trial, or other no-charge access to Valor software or services. 1. TRIAL LICENSE
A Valor free trial is a limited, revocable, non-transferable software license that allows you to test the included Valor features for the period shown at checkout or on the trial page.
2. NO CASH VALUE
Trial access has no cash value, no prize value, no redeemable value, no resale value, and no transferable value. Trial access may not be sold, shared, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, credit, prizes, discounts, or other compensation.
3. TRIAL FEATURES MAY BE LIMITED
Trial access may include only selected Valor features. Some features, overlays, baselines, cars, tracks, data packs, Film Room features, PTT features, Automation features, or Overlay Pro features may be limited, unavailable, changed, or removed during a trial.
4. AUTO-CONVERSION TO PAID PLAN
If the checkout page states that the trial converts to a paid subscription, then unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan may automatically convert to the paid subscription shown at checkout.
5. CANCELING A TRIAL
You may cancel through the Wix Members Area / My Subscriptions page when available, or by contacting valorrace@gmail.com. To avoid a paid renewal, cancel before the trial ends.
6. ONE TRIAL LIMITS
Valor may limit trials by customer, email, account, device, payment method, household, team, or other fraud-prevention signal. Valor may deny, revoke, or limit trials for duplicate accounts, chargeback history, suspicious activity, access-key sharing, abuse, or attempts to bypass plan limits.
7. TRIAL DATA AND DEVICE ACCESS
Trial use may still involve account validation, device fingerprinting, app version checks, telemetry-derived session processing, voice/PTT processing where enabled, logs, and local storage as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. NO GUARANTEES
Trial access is provided "as is" and "as available." Valor does not guarantee that a trial will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your setup, available for every car/track/session, or sufficient for your intended use.
9. TERMINATION
Valor may end or restrict trial access at any time for abuse, security risk, fraud risk, technical reasons, business reasons, policy violations, or plan changes.
